Q. What is Taylor Rentals Office hours?

 

A. Our normal office hours are 9 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday. Feel free to call or text during this period for any questions or concerns you may have.

 

Q. I need maintenance in my apartment. How do I notify you?

 

A. You may complete our online form, text, email or U.S. Mail your request to our office. Please make sure you provide your name, phone number, address, and the specific problem you are having. For emergencies such as leaking water, no power, no heat contact us immediately by text.

 

Q. How can I get an upgrade or extra added to my house or apartment such as a ceiling fan, new appliance?

 

A. Just ask. Contact our office as we can provide a variety of upgrades or amenities for our tenants from upgraded or additional appliances, paint colors, closet organizers, water softener and water filter systems to name a few. The agreed increase can be conveniently added to your monthly rent.

 

 

Q. I want someone to move in with me. What should I do?

 

A. If you decide you want someone to live with you, that person must submit completed application to our office and the application fee. If approved, that person will need to sign the Rental Agreement and Rules & Obligations of Tenancy, like you did.  Also, please let us be aware of a roommate leaving. Refer to your lease for additional information.

 

 

 

 

Q. I need to move, how do I give notice?

 

A. If you are moving and you have already fulfilled your minimum term, follow these guidelines to give proper notice.

 

Submit your 30 day written notice to vacate on or before the first day of the month when you plan to move. You may do this by completing the online form, faxing it or sending a letter with your name and address and move out date to our office. Your move out date must be the last day of the month. For instance, if you intend to move on June 30, you need to have your notice in our office on or before June 1st. There is no grace period, so make sure you have it there on or before the 1st.
