Pets and Animals

We are pet owners and we love animals!

We are pet friendly in most of our units. 

We will need the following information before we accept a pet/animal:

• Animal Name
• Type of Animal
• Breed Sex
• Color
• Age (no animals under the age of 2 years)
• Mature Weight
• Documentation of required shots and if they are spade or neutered and or declawed.

1. Once accepted there will be a $300.00 dollar non-refundable pet registration per pet.
2. An additional $40.00 per pet/animal per month.
3. Renters Insurance
